The terms that apply when you install and use the Indexly Chrome extension and this website.
By installing or using the Indexly Chrome extension ("Indexly", "the extension", "the service") or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't install or use Indexly.
Indexly is a browser extension that automates checking URL index status and requesting indexing inside Google Search Console, using the same interface elements available to any Search Console user. It does not use any private or undocumented Google API, and it does not bypass Google's own account authentication — it operates within the Search Console session you're already signed into.
Some features require a Sarvodaya Infotech account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Indexly for your own websites or properties you're authorized to manage in Search Console. This license doesn't allow you to resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer (beyond what applicable law permits), or redistribute the extension.
You agree not to use Indexly to:
Indexly operates inside Google Search Console, a service owned and operated by Google, which is entirely independent of Sarvodaya Infotech. Your use of Search Console remains subject to Google's own Terms of Service and policies, separate from these terms. Indexly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Indexly automates the same indexing-request action available to any Search Console user. It does not and cannot guarantee that any URL will be indexed, indexed within any particular timeframe, or ranked at all — those decisions are made entirely by Google, using criteria we don't control and can't influence.
Indexly, its code, design, and branding are the property of Sarvodaya Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Indexly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of Search Console, which can change its interface at any time outside of our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarvodaya Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of traffic, rankings, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use Indexly.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sarvodaya Infotech Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Indexly in violation of these terms or applicable law, including running indexing requests against properties you weren't authorized to manage.
You can stop using Indexly at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Indexly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
